Selling on Three Channels Is Easy. Owning One Stock Number Is Hard.

Shopee, Lazada and your own store can each have their own idea of how many units you have left. Only one of them should be right.
Listing on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and your own website is the easy part — the platforms make it a few clicks. The hard part starts the first time the same item sells on two channels within an hour and neither platform knows about the other sale.
The usual fix is a person who checks each platform every morning and adjusts the numbers by hand. That works until it does not — a public holiday, a busy stretch, someone on leave — and then it fails quietly, as a cancelled order or an apology to a customer who already paid.
The durable fix is to decide which system is the source of truth, then push every stock change out to all channels automatically. That is a smaller project than it sounds, and it turns keeping stock accurate from a daily human task back into a property of the system.
