- Page count ≠ complexity
- “Up to 5 pages” does not mean every five-page project costs RM2,500. A page with booking, filtering, calculators, authentication or APIs is not the same scope as a content page.
- Revision ≠ new requirement
- Adjustments within the agreed scope are revisions. New functionality is a scope change and is quoted separately.
- Support ≠ unlimited changes
- Post-launch support covers bugs and technical issues within the agreed scope. New pages, content changes, new features and redesigns are additional work.
- Content is client-provided by default
- Unless quoted separately, company information, product and service descriptions, images, logo, contact and legal content are provided by the client. Copywriting, photography and video are separate services.
- Additional languages are separate scope
- Additional languages increase content, metadata, SEO structure, QA and ongoing maintenance, so they are quoted separately.
- “From” is a baseline, not a final quote
- Every price shown is a starting point. The formal quotation follows the actual scope, content, functionality and project requirements.
